What a splendid last few days. Movin’ into the new digs. Met some cool new peeps last night and today. And finished the Saturday off with a unbelievably fun shoot.

Howard+Allison are having a lil’ engagement party shindig tonight, so we wanted to throw a little something their way to show off to their friends and fam.

We have not laughed and smiled as much as we did today while with these two. Ridiculous. And I’m fairly sure I haven’t heard that many underwear jokes in a long time.

And yes… I called today splendid. I said it. There.

Go on…. smell it.

It’s the scent of love. Happy Saturday friends.

Priscilla Gragg - Your photography is absolutely stunning! It is just so inspiring to me! Thank you for sharing!

Finally… goodness. My blogging lately is about as frequent as I work out. Which is pretty much….never.

This whole building a studio thing has been crazy. In both an amazing and terrible sense. Hopefully we’ll be moving in very, very soon. This whole inbetween home and office has left things a bit difficult to keep managed. But fear not faithful readers (Hi, Mom!), once we get settled in, this little blog will explode with goodness.

Now on to the stuff that is actually worth reading/looking at-These kids are stinkin’ amazing.

Can’t wait to hang with these two again soon!

ROG of EP - Did anyone else notice that my wife Lyndzee said she loved “rad couples that do it together”? Umm…honey, I think that was a little un-called for, but I still love you…besides, I know you’re just speaking from experience. haha. Rad site guys. You guys can really get it on! (no pun intended, unless you want it to).

Della - Love this set! Your work is crazy good!!

Yesterday Whitney (playing hookey from work) and I braved the crazy Seattle snow to trek on up for the opening day at Stevens Pass. Epic would be an understatement. Not only was it a blast passing all of the abandoned cars along the 405, but the snow was fresh, deep, and glorious.

Only a few lifts were open and the groomers were pretty trashed by midday, so Whitney and I decided to do a bit of hiking to find the deep, untouched stuff.

Here’s to best Seattle winter ever…

ryan flynn - so sick, dude! i seriously can’t wait till i can board again.

Don’t think you didn’t get caught sneakin’ all up in this biz.

I showed you mine, now you show me yours. Seriously. If this guy gets me the photo he was snappin at the same time as yours truly, dinner will be served (and by dinner I mean, you can come over and I’ll make you dinner and we can get to know one another). On me.

I love finding images like this while post processing. They make me smile.

Full blog of these two crazy kids coming very, very soon.

stephen - haha… this happened to me recently while shooting bridal portraits around dallas. was setting her up, stepped back to get myself set, looked over my shoulder and two people were snapping away at my bride… so weird. they wouldn’t stop so i had to tell them to fill their portfolio with someone else’s client than mine.
